Impact testing, far exceeding actual requirements in terms of shock resistance performance. In the impact test, we used a 12 joule impact force to impact the edges of the composite plate, and the results showed that there were no cracks and the surface was intact after the first impact on the steel plate edges. After repeated impacts and 10 consecutive impacts on the same position, no cracking occurred, far exceeding the strength requirements in the actual processing process. Extreme testing showed that after 12 impacts, the composite panel still maintained structural integrity and exhibited extremely strong impact resistance!
This composite steel plate is significantly lower in cost than pure stainless steel plate, and combines the corrosion resistance of stainless steel with the strength of galvanized steel plate in performance.
