High Weather Resistance Prepainted Steel HDP/SDP steel is atmospheric corrosion resistant steel, which is the low alloy steel series between ordinary steel and stainless steel. Weathering resistence steel is composed of carbon steel with a small amount of copper, nickel and other corrosion resistant elements, which has the toughness, plastic extension, molding, welding, abrasion, high temperature, fatigue resistance and other characteristics. Also, it has the characteristics of rust resistance, corrosion resistance, life extension, thinning and energy saving.

And compared with traditional painting, Powder Sprayed is better in high film thickness and fastness even in high temperature of 350℃ for more than several decades. The using life is 3-5 times longer than traditional rolled painting PPGI.
