Manual correction
Using the method of hammering, the operation is simple and flexible. Due to small correction force, labor intensity, low efficiency and used for correction of small size of steel, or correction equipment is not easy to use when used.
Edge processing
Edge machining includes: to eliminate edge hardening caused by cutting and planing board edge 2 ~ 4mm; The edge of steel plate is planed into groove to ensure the quality of welding seam. To ensure the accuracy of assembly and the transmission of pressure, the steel plate is planed or milled flat.
Edge processing methods are: shovel edge, planer edge, milling edge and carbon arc air planer edge.
(1) shovel edge: there are two kinds of manual shovel edge and mechanical shovel edge. The vertical error of edges and corners after edge shoveling shall not exceed 1/3000 of the chord length and shall not be greater than 2mm.
(2) planer edge: the use of equipment is planer edge machine. Planer edge processing has planer straight side and planer bevel two kinds. General machining allowance for planing is 2 ~ 4mm.
Milling edge: the use of equipment is milling edge machine, high efficiency, less energy consumption.
(4) carbon arc air plane: the equipment used is air plane gun. High efficiency, no noise, flexible and convenient.
