The assembly
Assembly, also known as assembly, assembly and assembly, refers to the assembly of finished parts and semi-finished components into independent finished products according to the requirements of construction drawings. Vertical assembly: according to the characteristics of components and parts of the stable position, choose from the top down or bottom up assembly sequence. This assembly method is suitable for the structure with stable placement and small height or the cylinder with large diameter.
(4) lying method: the component placed in a lying position for assembly. Suitable for long and thin members with small section.
(5) tire mold assembly method: the component parts with the tire mold positioning in its assembly position assembly method. This assembly method is suitable for large batch and high precision products.

Milling end, drilling mounting hole and friction surface treatment
For the column or support bottom plate with large force, it is advisable to mill out the end, so that the transmitted force is directly transferred to the bottom plate from the pressure surface, in order to reduce the size of the welding foot of the welding seam, the procedure should be carried out after qualified correction. The milling end shall take necessary measures according to the form of the component to ensure that the milling end face is perpendicular to the axis.
Drilling and mounting holes are usually carried out after the members are welded to ensure high precision.
Treatment of friction surface: the value of anti-slip coefficient after treatment of the friction surface of high-strength bolts should meet the design requirements (generally 0.45 ~ 0.55). Sanding, shot peening, pickling, grinding and other methods can be adopted for the treatment of friction surface. Generally, it should be carried out according to the design requirements. When there is no design requirement, the construction unit can adopt appropriate methods for construction.
