2. Cutting (cutting)
Cutting is to separate the part shape of lofting and marking from the raw material. Commonly used cutting methods are: gas cutting, mechanical cutting (cutting, sawing) and plasma cutting three methods.
Gas cutting
The preheating flame generated by the mixture of oxygen and combustible gas is used to heat the metal surface to the combustion temperature and make the metal undergo violent oxidation. A large amount of heat is released to make the underlying metal burn by itself. At the same time, a high-pressure oxygen jet is used to blow away the oxide and form a narrow and neat slit.
